Due to sanitary and health reasons we are unable to perform any refunds or exchanges for used false lashes, tools & accessories, lip products, and belly rings. Furthermore, all sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are considered final sale.

  

 

Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the case and make it right! 

If you would like to return an item, you must notify Savage Girl within five (5) days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we received your package, we will start processing your return within 2-3 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund due to a defect, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). 

Please allow at least 2 weeks for returns to be processed and for any refunds to be issued. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Savage Girl will not be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling to return product.

Canceling or Changing an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at savagegirllashes@gmail.com within one (1) day from your order date. We will try our best to accommodate your request; however, for orders that have already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

 

Disclaimers

Savage Girl will not be responsible for lost or stolen items, including packages delivered to the wrong address. If packages are returned, we will not be responsible to cover extra shipping fees. We advise all customers to double check their address before finalizing their cart. 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD ANY ORDERS FOR SUSPECTED FRAUD.
